This summer cooking course is all about fish. During the first day Chef Jürgen Willing will show you how to prepare shellfish, on the second day you’ll be shown what to do with freshwater fish and the third day will be devoted to fish from the sea. Courses from 23 to 26 July and 3 to 6 September.
Of course you’ll also learn the fundamentals of preparing soups and sauces. Jürgen Willing’s tips and tricks will help you to put what you’ve learned into use in your everyday cooking. We will then serve the fitting wine for the meal you have just created. The cooking course begins each day at 11 am and lasts until 2:30 pm. The number of participants for each course is limited to six.
