Culinary programme:

Thursday – Barbecued dishes from the Green Egg charcoal grill. Head chef Jiri Urban and his team will delight you with the finest premium meat and fish. 

Friday – Cheese buffet. Every Friday, Adelboden cheese maker Manfred Schmid will surprise you with his finest selection of 50 hard and soft cheeses.

Saturday – Signature dishes. These are the gems of a chef's repertoire that make his restaurant shine. Saturday evening is dedicated entirely to Bellevue's best.

Sunday – ‘Regional specialities around the Wildstrubel’ until the end of November. We cook for you with the finest dishes from around the massive mountain that connects the Bernese Oberland with the Valais. From December: Burgundian cuisine as inspiration
