Coronavirus measures So you feel safe and comfortable with us

  • Masks are not compulsory in all public interiors of the hotel (i.e. in the hall, reception, restaurants and lounge) as well as in the garden and on the terrace. The mask can be removed in sitting or lying position.

  • All employees wear a mask in every situation and in all rooms (including the rear area).

  • During spa treatments, clients also wear a mask when their backs are not turned.

  • The FOPH's hygiene and safety rules are strictly observed: 1.5-metre distance in all zones, regular hand washing and disinfection, no handshakes, etc.

  • We pay attention to the frequent ventilation of public spaces, particularly in the restaurants.

  • All surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas are disinfected daily. Disinfectants are available to guests at all tables, in the public toilets and in the spa.

  • Buffet food (breakfast and cake) is protected against viruses and bacteria. Hygienic gloves are available for guests.

  • In the saunas, steam baths and pools, we maintain a space of 4 m2 per person as prescribed by the FOPH. In these areas, we guarantee protection by limiting the number of people. During treatments, spa staff sometimes wear gloves in addition to the mask.

  • Staff wear masks in all indoor public places, with the exception of reception staff, who are protected by Plexiglas.

  • The obligation to wear a mask also applies to clients in all indoor public spaces (not in the garden or on the terrace): i.e. in the hall, reception room, restaurants and lounge.

  • As soon as you sit down, you can remove the mask (please do not put the mask on the table). We kindly ask you to wear the mask also when you help yourself at breakfast or at the cheese buffet or when you go to the toilet.

  • In the spa, masks are only required in the changing rooms and in the reception and waiting area. In the rest pavilion, masks are not required when sitting or lying down, nor in the saunas and steam baths, nor in the swimming pools. During treatments, guests also wear a mask when their backs are not turned. Spa staff wear a mask in all situations and, for manicures and pedicures, also gloves.

What you need to know about Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa:

New garden design

It won’t be long until the newly designed garden will show off its brightest blooms: the Bellevue garden will be light and airy, with romantic rose beds and white hydrangeas and a view of the Alpine world. And the wild vines will be back on the walls as a decorative element.

Dine Lightly

Besides the usual half-board with the five-course Menu Marché, we now also offer a new type of mini half-board as for all those who prefer to dine lightly in the evening. With “Dine Lightly”, just choose two dishes from the five-course Menu Marché. Reduction: CHF 20.‒ per person/night off the HB price.

Tesla charging station

Electric cars are on the rise. We are delighted to support this step towards a more environmental future. Our hotel now offers a charging station for Tesla’s, making the “Bellevue” the ideal stopover for the vehicle and its driver.

Further recommondations

Are you a past guest recommending our hotel to your acquaintances and friends? We would love to thank you for this.
