Thursday – Grilled specialities from the ‘Green Egg’. Head chef Jiri Urban and his team will treat you to the finest premium meat and fish. 

Friday – Cheese buffet. Every Friday, Adelboden cheese maker Manfred Schmid will surprise you with his finest selection of 50 hard and soft cheeses.

Saturday – Signature dishes. These are the gems of a chef's repertoire that make his restaurant shine. Saturday evening is dedicated entirely to Bellevue's best.

Sunday – The Cuisine from Burgundy and Southern France as inspiration
