Culinary delights at the weekend
Thursday – Barbecued dishes from the "Green Egg" grill. Head chef Jiri Urban and his team will delight you with the finest premium meat and fish.
Friday – Cheese buffet. Every Friday, Adelboden cheese maker Manfred Schmid will surprise you with his finest selection of 50 hard and soft cheeses.
Saturday – Signature dishes. These are the gems of a chef's repertoire that make his restaurant shine. Saturday evening is dedicated entirely to Bellevue's best.
Sunday – Burgundian cuisine as inspiration.
